Business Case Template

Business cases are an important process in the project development lifecycle. However, the document should be fit for purpose to facilitate the investment decision and successful delivery of the project.

Too often business cases are costly, time consuming and a tedious process - with too many resources being allocated to reporting and not enough to facilitating value add through the process.

To better meet our client's needs, we have developed an alternative means to support the completion best practice business cases for smaller/less complex projects. 

This business case process is led by you, the client, completing a questionnaire form and the provision of supporting material (with or without the support of the SIA team). The information provided is converted to an already completed business case template structure which follows best practice processes (as outlined by Australian State governments). 

The client is provided a word document output within 5 business days which can either be used as a final document or a working document to be developed further through the business case process.
